Begin through a partner-specific page, concierge referral, workplace announcement, or direct request. Mozh reviews the details and confirms the location, timing, and appropriate service.
1 Request
During the fitting, Mozh assesses each garment while it is being worn, explains what can be changed and whether the work is worthwhile, and pins the selected pieces.
2 Review & Fit
The client receives an itemized alteration quote. No sewing begins until the work is approved. Approved garments are altered off-site and quality checked.
3 Approve & Tailor

Finished garments are returned through the agreed service option. An attended try-on return is available when the client would like Mozh present.
DIRECT PRIVATE APPOINTMENTS
Private fittings are also available at home.
For clients outside a partner location, Mozh offers the same fitting-to-return service through a private home appointment.

There is no fixed garment limit; Mozh reviews as much as the scheduled appointment reasonably allows.
